The work crew were all out for an evening and Sarah came in proudly telling us about her new 'chicken fillet' breast insert and how good it was. She leant over and asked me to feel it (not unusual) and I said its amazing its feels so real. She replied that is my real breast you idiot its the other one!! It seemed to amuse most of the restaurant. Picture; this was the night.
